Rain Date 10/19
Clawson Park
Please review this information in its entirety prior to RSVP'ing for the event.
This event is open to EATS families only
$6 per child. Adults do not need to pay!
Should I bring treats? YES! We are requesting families to bring enough candy for approximately 300 children. If you are choosing not to decorate your car, please bring your candy to another car or give it to a PTO representative to distribute to other cars. If you are bringing nut-free treats, we appreciate you! Please let families know they are nut free by placing them in a blue bowl.
Can I help? Yes please! A lot of help is needed to make this event possible. Volunteers can sign up below
Can parents wear costumes, and can I decorate my car? We invite, and encourage, all families to wear costumes and decorate their cars!
When should I arrive? The park opens at 2:45pm for participants; parking attendants will direct cars into a space and will close at 3:45. Parade starts at 4pm followed by Trick or Treating.
When can I leave? Cars are invited to stay after the parade to enjoy the entertainment and the park. The PTO event will formally end at 6:00pm
Where do I park? Attendants will guide you to park when you arrive. We are unable to accommodate reserved spaces for any reason. To park next to a friend, please arrive together (bumper-to-bumper). For the safety of our students, all cars parked in the Trunk or Treating route will be asked to stay until the event is over.
Will there be food? You can order pizza or families are welcome to bring their own food as well.
If I didn't RSVP in advance, can I still attend? We should be able to accommodate unplanned cars this year, though we cannot guarantee parking on the parade route.
